ЛАЗЕРНАЯ ТЕРАПИЯ ПРИ ЦЕРЕБРОВАСКУЛЯРНЫХ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЯХ: ОБОСНОВАНИЕ И ОПТИМИЗАЦИЯ МЕТОДИК ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ (обзор литературы)

Аннотация. Цель исследования. Анализ научных данных об эффективности и оптимизации применения методик лазерной терапии у пациентов с цереброваскулярными заболеваниями с учётом собственного более чем 30-летнего опыта клинического применения метода. Материал и методы исследования. Для поиска использованы базы данных и библиотеки: PubMed, Scopus, ResearchGate, Google Scholar, J-STAGE, eLibrary.ru, отобраны публикации, представляющие интерес с точки зрения анализа способов оптимизации методик лазерной терапии и повышения её эффективности, перспектив развития этого метода для лечения. Всего найдено 429 публикаций, в основном, на русском и английском языках. Результаты и их обсуждение. Показано, что лазерную терапию обоснованно можно считать перспективным методом лечения, показаны механизмы реализации лечебного действия низкоинтенсивного лазерного излучения, приводятся результаты некоторых клинических исследований, базовые методики лазерной терапии и варианты их оптимизации. Заключение. Сделан вывод о необходимости использования всех показателей методики, причём только их оптимальных значений: длина волны, режим работы, мощность, частота, экспозиция и др. Применяют системные методики лазерной терапии: лазерное освечивание крови (внутривенно или наружно) и лазерная акупунктура.

LOW-LEVEL LASER THERAPY FOR CEREBROVASCULAR DISEASES: JUSTIFICATION AND OPTIMIZATION OF APPLICATION TECHNIQUES (literature review)

Abstract. Purpose of the study. Analysis of scientific data on the effectiveness and optimization of lowlevel laser therapy techniques in patients with cerebrovascular diseases, taking into account our own more than 30-year experience in the clinical application of the method. Material and methods. For the search, databases and libraries were used: PubMed, Scopus, ResearchGate, Google Scholar, J-STAGE, eLibrary.ru. The publications of interest from the point of view of analyzing the ways to optimize low-level laser therapy methods and increase their efficiency and perspectives for the development of this method of treatment were selected. A total of 429 publications were found, mainly in Russian and English. Results and discussion. It is shown that lowlevel laser therapy can be reasonably considered a promising method of treatment, the mechanisms for implementing the therapeutic effect of low-intensity laser illumination are shown, the results of some clinical studies, basic techniques of low-level laser therapy and options for their optimization are presented. Conclusion. It is concluded that it is necessary to use all the parameters of the technique, and only their optimal values: wavelength, mode of operation, power, frequency, exposure, etc. Systemic low-level laser therapy techniques are used: laser blood illumination (intravenously or externally) and laser acupuncture.
